Andrew & Keith as a Team

We have been working as a team for 5 years. Prior to joining forces we were colleagues for several years at Windermere Real Estate. Working in such close proximity we gained a high level of mutual respect for the character and quality of our respective Real Estate practices. The decision to make this unique partnership came as a natural step in fulfilling our committment to give the highest level of service to clients. With a combined market knowledge that exceeds our 20 years of experience, we believe our clients receive a Real Estate experience unlike any other in the city of Seattle.

Our team also includes Clara, Gerod and Molly.

Clara has been in Real Estate for 8 years, joining her son Keith in 2000. She holds a current Washington Real Estate License and handles most of the logistics for our team. Before joining us, Clara was in the telephone industry. She grew up in Spokane and has 2 daughters as well her son Keith. She loves to read and visit her family in Idaho. Also noteworthy is that Clara earned a BA in Business at the age of 55 from Lewis and Clark State College; 34 credits of which were gained from her broad life experience! It has been great having her as apart of our team, we couldn't do it without her.

Gerod is a recent addition to the team, working with our business operations and marketing. He is currently an MBA candidate who stays active in the community and has a passion for sustainable development. He was previously in property management and developed a small restaurant in Puyallup, WA. Gerod holds a BA from the University of Washington in International Studies with an emphasis on Sweden, focusing on the interplay of housing and cultural identity.

Molly is the heart of the team, our mascot. Whether curled up by the desk or bounding into the car for a showing, she is a Westie who loves her life as an urban canine.
