Keith Nyberg

Born in Oklahoma, the youngest of 3 with 2 older sisters, dad was an air force navigator. Before the second grade we lived in Little Rock, AR; Las Vegas NV; Phoenix AZ and settled in northern Idaho. It was a tight knit community and a great place to grow up. Even though I am an urban guy at heart, I certainly appreciate my roots in a rural environment. After graduating from Post Falls High School, I went on to the University of Idaho in Moscow where I obtained my Bachelors degree in Marketing. After college I moved to the city of Seattle with my first career at Boeing as a buyer. I loved the urban environment and got the opportunity to live in and experience many of the in city neighborhoods. Bellevue, Magnolia, Greenlake, Georgetown, Loyal Heights, Queen Anne, Capitol Hill, and West Seattle are the places where I have lived and called home. I have owned both houses and condos and am currently back on Capitol Hill living in a condominium. Condominium living has been a fantastic experience with the ability to “lock and go” without a worry and with that a general ease of life. I enjoy the ability to walk everywhere, right outside my door in my urban community. I still appreciate and value the calm of the country and escape to a place just north of Roslyn, in the Cascades, to relax, revive, and enjoy the beauty of the great outdoors.

Real Estate was recommended to me by a friend while I was working at Boeing. I earned my license and enjoyed many aspects of it, but trying to work part time out of a Woodinville Real Estate office while living in Seattle and working full time in Auburn for Boeing proved unsustainable. After I left Boeing I began working for a dental supply company. This was ironically the spring board into my current life in Real Estate. I was fired because one of the managers felt I would need much supervision in the field and they were looking for more of an independent person. It was devastating to me but knew deep down that there was a reason for this experience and it was time to focus my attention on something new. I do find it comical that I am a successful real estate broker in an industry that epitomizes the need for a high level of self motivation and independence. My full time career in real estate started at the Windermere Eastlake office in Seattle. I was taken under the wing of the owner / broker who became a strong mentor to me and brought out my passion for this industry. In my 10 years with Windermere Eastlake I went on to become one of the assistant managers of the office. During this time I also furthered my education and became an Associate Broker. After Andrew and I joined forces and merged our practices, our team moved up to the Windermere Capitol Hill office where we currently reside.

After years in the industry, I appreciate the position of not working with just anyone. I am grateful to attract likeminded individuals who have consistently been the right fit in representing buyers and sellers. It is also so gratifying to have our clients refer us to their friends and family. These relationships are what drive my high standards of quality, commitment and integrity. To the clients that I have had the opportunity to work with, I thank you for the contribution you have made to my life; I look forward to the honor of working with you again in the future.
